Cancellation Policy
Look, we get it--sometimes you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. It's not the end of the world--though your hair might think otherwise after a certain point. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours *prior* to your appointment start time. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your account will be charged a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. In the event of a no show, your account will be charged a fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. **Please note: Any cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before a new appointment can be made.
